How did they Abuse: I even gave him a warning. Editing his Bounty so I booted him then he banned me then Slash Unbanned me and I banned him.
Proof: Hebi Leader Sasuke Uchiha has been IPBanned by The True King of Hell, Madara-sama.
Witnesses (atleast 2): Slash and Orochimaru
When (Days Or Hours): just 2 mins ago
Where: I was in the Staff Room he was apparently with Slash at the time.
